We are committed to respecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal data, traffic data and communications content. This Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how Call2Rich uses and safeguards the information you provide to us.

1.WHAT INFORMATION DOES CALL2RICH COLLECTED?
Call2Rich may gather and use information about you, including (but not limited to) information in the following categories:
     (a) Identification data (e.g. name, address, telephone number, mobile number, email address);
     (b) Electronic identification data (e.g. IP addresses, cookies);
     (c) Banking and payment information (credit card information, account number);
     (d) information about your usage of and interaction with the Call2Rich software, our products and websites including computer and
          connection information, device capability, bandwidth, statistics on page views, and traffic to and from our websites;
     (e) Products or services ordered and delivered;
     (f) Correspondence between you and Call2Rich;
     (g) Traffic data (data processed for the purpose of the conveyance of communications or the billing thereof, including, but not limited to,
           the duration of the call, the number calling and the number called)

2. HOW IS THIS INFORMATION USED AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?
Our primary purpose in collecting information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, and efficient experience. Call2Rich collects and uses, or has third party service providers acting on our behalf collecting and using, personal data relating to you, as permitted or necessary to:

  • provide communication products.
  • take, process or deliver orders made via our websites, invoice you or notify you of the status of your order;
  • provide other services for you (as described when we collect the information);
  • provide you with customer support and troubleshoot problems;
  • compare information for accuracy;
  • inform you about service updates and faults;
  • resolve disputes;
  • verify your identity;
  • organise and carry out Call2RIch’s marketing or promotional operations/offers, contests, games and similar events; and
  • protect your and Call2Rich’s interests, including in particular to enforce our Terms of Service and fight against fraud, (together, the Purposes).

3. OUR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Except as provided below, Call2Rich shall not sell, rent, trade or otherwise transfer any personal and/or traffic data or communications content to any third party without your explicit permission, unless it is obliged to do so under applicable laws or by order of the competent authorities.
Call2Rich may disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements, to protect Call2Rich’s interests, to enforce our policies or to protect anyone's rights, property, or safety.

In order to provide you with Call2Rich products you have requested, Call2Rich may sometimes, if necessary, share your personal and traffic data with Call2Rich’s group companies, carriers, partner service providers and/or agents, for example the PSTN-VoIP gateway provider, distributors of Call2Rich software and/or products, and/or the third party banking organizations or other providers of payment, email delivery, analytical services, customer support, or hosting services. Call2Rich will always require these third parties to take appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect your personal data and traffic data and to observe the relevant legislation.

If you leave a voicemail for another Call2Rich user, your voicemail message may be transferred to a third party service provider.

Call2Rich, Call2Rich’s local partner, or the operator or company facilitating your communication may provide personal data, communications content and/or traffic data to an appropriate judicial, law enforcement or government authority lawfully requesting such information. Call2Rich will provide all reasonable assistance and information to fulfil this request and you hereby consent to such disclosure

Your information may be stored and processed in any country in which Call2Rich and its group companies maintain facilities, including outside of the EU. In this regard, or for purposes of sharing or disclosing data in accordance with this article 4, Call2Rich reserves the right to transfer information outside of your country. By using Call2Rich’s websites or Call2Rich products you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country. As Call2Rich continues to develop its business, Call2Rich might sell or buy subsidiaries or business units. In such transactions as well as in the event Call2Rich or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, personal information of Call2Rich users will generally be one of the transferred business assets. We reserve the right to include your personal information, collected as an asset, in any such transfer to a third party.

4. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND GIFS HOW DOES CALL2RICH USE THEM?
Cookies are pieces of information that the browser of the Call2Rich software client or your internet browser may store on your computer's hard drive. Cookies enable Call2Rich to: recognize you or your preferences, gain information about the use of its websites, and help us to improve our products and websites. This information may be analyzed by third parties on our behalf.

The Help option on the toolbar of most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. 
Clear Gifs

Call2Rich web pages may include clear gifs. Clear gifs (also known as web-beacons) are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, which are used to count your visits to the page (but which do not retain any personally identifiable information). In addition, Call2Rich uses clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened and acted upon. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

5. HOW DOES CALL2RICH PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Call2Rich shall take appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect the personal data and traffic data provided to it or collected by it with due observance of the applicable obligations and exceptions under the relevant legislation. Your personal and traffic data can only be accessed by authorized employees or consultants of Call2Rich or the concerned Call2Rich group entities that need to have access to this data in order to be able to fulfil their given duties.

6. CONTACTING YOU
Call2Rich may contact you to send you messages about faults and service issues. Further, Call2Rich reserves the right to use email to notify you of any eventual claims related to your use of Call2Rich websites and/or Call2Rich products, including without limitation claims of violation of third party rights.

7. CAN THIS PRIVACY POLICY BE MODIFIED?
Call2Rich reserves the right to modify the provisions of this Privacy Policy if deemed necessary. We will inform you of these changes by publishing the revised Privacy Policy at www.call2rich.com/Privacy_Policy.aspx. The revised Privacy Policy shall become effective within thirty (30) days of such publishing, unless you expressly accept the revised Policy earlier. You agree that the express acceptance by you, or your continued use of the Call2Rich products after the notice period of thirty (30) days, shall constitute your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

8. WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE AND HOW CAN YOU CONTACT CALL2RICH?
You have the right to access and, where relevant, to amend your personal information. Some of your information may be viewed or edited online by signing into your account page on www.call2rich.com. We will respond to requests to view, correct, complete or remove your personal information within a reasonable period of time and upon verification of your identity. Please address any questions to our customer support team.

Call2Rich will use all reasonable endeavours to accommodate requests to delete personal information unless it is required to be retained by law or for lawful business purposes

9. HOW LONG IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA KEPT BY Call2Rich?
Call2Rich will retain your information for as long as is necessary to: (1) fulfil any of the Purposes (as defined in article 2 of this Privacy Policy) or (2) comply with applicable legislation, regulatory requests and relevant orders from competent courts.



RETURN POLICY

To return a product, simply obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting our Customer Care Center. In case that the product needed to be shipped back to us, please write the RA number prominently on the outside of the mail.

Call2RIch product can be exchanged or returned if these 4 conditions are met:

    1. Product must be received by Call2Rich within 30 days from the date of purchase along with its original receipt or invoice.
    2. The product must be in perfect condition.
    3. Product must not be registered for use yet.
    4. Product must not yet earn dividend or commission (The company will not be able to offer exchange or refund if the product has been counted toward dividend or commission).

Call2Rich will replace the product with the product of equal or lesser value. If member wishes to exchange a lesser value product for a greater value one, member may do so by paying the difference.

FAIR AND PERSONAL USAGE POLICY

To maintain adequate integrity of our network and to be able to provide high quality services to all of our customers, we, the network provider, reserve the right to impose usage sanction on account which accrue more than five thousand (5,000) call-time minutes in one month period.

  • In a situation when five thousand (5,000) call-time minutes is accrued within one month period, further call will not be permitted until one month period after sign-up or the next billing cycle date.

  • To discourage and curtail commercial use such as mass telemarketing, we, the network provider, reserve the right to restrict usage on account which initiate calls to more than 20 unique telephone numbers in one day and/or 100 unique telephone numbers per week (which ever reach first). In a situation when an account initiate calls to more than 50 unique numbers per day and/or 100 unique telephone numbers per week (which ever reach first), further call will not be permitted until the limit period has ended.

Sharing more than 2 users per account of Friend & Family plan and others are prohibited. We, the network provider, reserve the right to change this fair and personal usage policy at any time. All Changes will be published on our website at www.call2rich.com. Your continued use of your subscription after that changes period shall constitute your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of the revised fair usage policy.



SMS Terms and Conditions

How to Opt-in: To opt-in or subscribe to our service, you can register from our website or text JOIN to 10958, and we will guide you through process from your mobile phone.

How to Opt-out: To opt-out from our SMS service, you can text STOP to 10958 from your mobile phone, and we will unsubscribe you from our SMS text messaging service immediately. You will not receive additional messages until you re-register.

How to get help our support: To get help, email us at info@call2rich.comto call our toll free number at 1-888-526-8855. From your mobile phone, you may request our contact information at anytime by texting HELP to 10958.
